CURRENT POSITIONS AVAILABLE

 

'QUALITY CONTROL TECHNICIAN'

This position will be responsible for performing laboratory and field QC related tests on Hot Mix Asphalt and Aggregate Products.  These tests will be both laboratory and field related.  This position will be required to have the related NETTCP certifications and good computer skills are essential.  The position will include nighttime work and traveling to all the BROX facilities will be required.  The individual will be expected to take on additional responsibilities as time passes.  Hours of work will vary based on current workload and paving projects.

This position Reports to Quality Control Manager and is a full time position that includes a highly competitive benefits package including health, dental insurance and 401K plan.

 

'NEW HAMPSHIRE PAVING SUPERINTENDENT'

A position is available in our Contracting Division for a field superintendent, with experience in highway construction, to work on our New Hampshire projects.  The ideal candidate will possess five or more years of highway construction experience, a college degree and excellent communication skills. The candidate must be able to read pans, fully understand specifications, track costs and development and maintain a complete project schedule.  This position is full time, with a highly competitive benefits package including health and dental insurances and a 401k plan.  

 

'NEW HAMPSHIRE ASPHALT PAVING CREW PERSONNEL'

'PAVER OPERATOR  -   LABORER  -  TACK TRUCK/DISTRIBUTOR CDL DRIVERS'

                We have immediate openings for an experienced Paver Operator, Asphalt Roller Operator, and a Laborer on our New Hampshire crew. Applicants with at least 3 years of experience are preferred for the Asphalt Paver and Roller Operators, however, we are willing to train the right individuals.  

  

'MASSACHUSETTS ASPHALT PAVING CREW PERSONNEL'

'LABORERS - OPERATORS - TACK TRUCK/DISTRIBUTOR CDL DRIVERS'

We are now accepting applications from experienced laborers and operators for our Massachusetts crews.  We are specifically looking for laborers with experience in Paving, Heavy Highway Construction, and Safety Control.  We are also seeking equipment operators with experience in operating Pavers, Rollers, Transfer Vehicle equipment, Gradalls, Excavators, Loaders, and Milling Equipment.

 

ASSISTANT OPERATIONS TRUCKING MANAGER

We have an immediate opening for an Assistant Trucking Operations Manager with experience in all aspects of material transportation management and construction equipment transportation logistics.  This position is responsible for assisting in the efficient use of Brox’s internal trucking fleet, selection and coordination of 3rd party truckers, understanding of regional truck market dynamics and use of the latest technology to monitor the performance of the fleet and use the data to make continuous improvements to the operations.  An ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of milling and paving operations and understand the critical role that transportation plays in the outcome of successful projects.  To excel in this position, applicants must have a professional communication style and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.  Other qualifications include a working knowledge of DOT regulations related to transportation logistics, strong leadership and analytical skills and proven skills for prioritizing, delegating and following up.  Computer skills preferred are Microsoft Office Suite, Viewpoint, and Telematics/Scheduling/Performance Platforms

 

JUNIOR CONTRACT ADMINISTRATOR

We are currently seeking a Contract Administrator to assist in all aspects of Brox’s Contracting Division project administration.  This position is responsible for assisting the Contract Administrator with document management, project set up, budget set up, and vendor/subcontractor management.  The ideal candidate will possess knowledge of highway construction and have a strong background in accounting.  To excel in this position, applicants must have a professional communication style and the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.  A Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Business, Accounting or related field is preferred.  Computer skills preferred are Microsoft Office Suite, Viewpoint, and Field-wire.
